Typical workflow

Sales ops kicks off the weekly run on Monday. The agent pulls fresh leads from Google Maps business listings and Apollo, scores each one against the fit filter, and drops low-fit leads before any enrichment. For the remaining leads, it writes a short personalized icebreaker using company context and your best-performing email angles. The batch goes into Smartlead as a new sequence. When replies come in, a webhook classifies them and creates a ClickUp card in the positive funnel with the lead's details and reply summary.

How it works

1

Step 1

Pulls leads each week from Google Maps and Apollo, then filters them against your ideal customer fit (ICP) criteria.

2

Step 2

Generates a personalized icebreaker for each lead, based on your past winning copy and live company data.

3

Step 3

Loads the approved leads into Smartlead and routes positive replies into a ClickUp funnel for your sales team.

Why this is not ChatGPT

  • The agent reads your actual Smartlead campaign config and your past icebreaker performance. Generic AI does not have that.
  • Lead filtering runs against your named ideal customer fit criteria, not a broad prompt instruction.
  • Positive replies are auto-classified and placed in ClickUp with a qualification score attached.

Best fit for

B2B agencies and software companies running outbound to specific industry verticals in Southeast Asia or similar markets with mixed data quality. We shipped this engine for We-Interactive and it handles roughly 300 to 500 new leads per week across active campaigns.
