Monthly Client Report Agent

On the 1st of each month, a drafted performance report lands in every client folder before your AM team starts the day.

Typical workflow

Your team wakes up on the 1st of the month to find every client report already drafted in their respective folders. Each report has the right metrics, month-over-month comparisons, and a 2 to 3 paragraph summary written in your agency's voice. The account manager spends 15 to 20 minutes reviewing and adding any context about campaigns that ran that month. Then they send. What used to take a full day across the team now takes a morning of light editing.

How it works

1

Step 1

On the 1st of each month at 6 AM, the agent runs for every active client in your account list. It pulls 30 days of data from GA4, Search Console, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads using each client's connected account credentials.

2

Step 2

It compares this month's numbers to last month and to the same period a year ago. It writes plain-language commentary on what went up, what went down, and why based on the data.

3

Step 3

A branded draft report appears in each client's Notion or Google Drive folder. The account manager gets a Slack notification with a link and a 3-line summary of the highlights.

Why this is not ChatGPT

  • The agent pulls real numbers from GA4, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads via API. ChatGPT cannot access live ad account data.
  • It runs on a schedule for every client at once. No one has to remember to start it or manually pull CSVs.
  • The output uses your branded report template and each client's specific KPIs and targets, not a generic summary format.

Best fit for

Agencies managing 5 or more retainer clients with digital advertising or SEO as a core service. Works best when each client's GA4, Meta, and LinkedIn accounts are already connected via your agency's manager access.
