Every Friday, draft status emails per client from ClickUp tasks and Slack, ready for your account manager to review and send.

At 4 PM on Friday, the agent pulls all ClickUp tasks updated that week for each active client. It reads the matching Slack channel for any important messages or blockers that did not make it into ClickUp. It compares that data against last week's sent status email to carry forward any open items. A draft email is created in Gmail per client, formatted in the account manager's standard template, with a summary of what was done, what is in progress, and what needs a client decision. The account manager opens Gmail, reviews, edits if needed, and sends.
Runs every Friday afternoon and collects ClickUp task updates for each active client.
